Introductory Flight & One Month Club Membership

You may purchase your introductory flight voucher online here or by phoning the club office on 01903 742137.  

Your Gift Voucher will be posted back to you. Please allow up to 7 working days for delivery from the date of order.

Purchasing an Introductory Flight also entitles you to a Month’s Full Membership of the Club when you can use all the facilities of the Club, have Instruction, Launches and Flying of club gliders at the normal club member rates.

Weather, Cancellations & Refund Policy

Gliding is a weather-dependent activity and all flights are subject to suitable conditions on the day. The safety of our instructors and passengers is our absolute priority, and as such, flights may be postponed or cancelled at short notice. .

In the event that your flight is cancelled due to weather or other safety-related factors:

• Your voucher will remain valid until its expiry date.
• You will be able to rebook for an alternative date, subject to  availability and within the voucher’s validity period.

Please be aware that it may be necessary to reschedule more than once.

Refunds will not be issued due to weather-related cancellations or where multiple bookings are required.  We strongly recommend booking early within your voucher validity period to allow flexibility for weather-related rescheduling.
