Description
If you want to make that gift of a flight extra special, you can select our High Flyer option. In this case, the glider will be towed up to a greater altitude – 3000 feet, and this will typically result in a longer flight. This will give you a greater chance of encountering that magical rising air that glider pilots long for.
Membership starts from the date of your first flight. We hope that you will enjoy your month flying and join the club as an annual member.
If you have a group of 5 or 6 people all wanting to fly on the same day, it may be possible to book a dedicated day to do that. Please phone the office on 01903 742137 to discuss dates.
Please note that if you are taller than 6ft 1in, you MAY have difficulty sitting comfortably in the glider (best to come along and try out for size). 17 stone (108kgs) is the maximum weight permitted.
